Internships are designed to help leaders develop and live out their training within the context of their specific ministry/mission context.

Intern Requirements
-
Workshops: 3/month
(1 hour each) -
Mentoring: 1 session/ month

Life Group: 1/week
-
Serve: Church or Church Start Up

Working in a Ministry or Mission team Minimum 4hrs/week (this may vary between voluntary and paid internships)

Internships

Paid Internships are either 8 or 16hrs/week.

Coaching
Jesus Collaborative provides church start-up leaders access to coaching and support.
Coaching entails a commitment to regular catch-ups to discuss disciple-making culture and church start-up principles, patterns and processes within their specific ministry/mission context.
Coaching relationships are voluntary; either the coach or the Church Start-Up leader does not enter into formal accountability or responsibility.
