Internships

Internships are designed to help leaders develop and live out their training within the context of their specific ministry/mission context.

 

Out Internships offer:

  • Biblically based practical training

  • Coaching/mentoring

  • Targeted ministry and mission field assignments.

Leadership Development

​We focus on developing your:

  • Relationship Skills

  • Leadership Skills

  • Pastoral Skills

  • Management Skills

  • Life Skills

Disciple Making Culture and Start Ups

Key areas of study:

  • The Great Commission

  • Disciple making culture of Jesus in the New Testament Church

  • What is a Disciple Making Church?”

  • Simple tools and patterns for disciple making and church start ups ?

Intern Requirements

  • Workshops: 3/month
    (1 hour each)

  • Mentoring: 1 session/ month

  • Life Group: 1/week

  • Serve: Church or Church Start Up

  • Working in a Ministry or Mission team Minimum 4hrs/week (this may vary between voluntary and paid internships)

Paid
Internships

  • Paid Internships are either 8 or 16hrs/week.

  • We are currently taking applications for Youth Ministry Internships and Church Start Up Internships

  • Disciple Making Culture

  • ·Pioneer Start Up's

Coaching

Jesus Collaborative provides church start-up leaders access to coaching and support.

 

Coaching entails a commitment to regular catch-ups to discuss disciple-making culture and church start-up principles, patterns and processes within their specific ministry/mission context.

 

Coaching relationships are voluntary; either the coach or the Church Start-Up leader does not enter into formal accountability or responsibility.
